Terms of Service for Touch Experience Booking

  1. Booking and Appointment Terms – Clients can make a 100% payment upon the initial booking or two weeks prior to the appointment’s date. – Appointments are booked using the online booking system. –  Any Appointment scheduled less than two weeks from the appointment will require immediate payment to reserve the scheduled time. Appointments scheduled and not confirmed via the payment process will not be held or honored.
  2. Clients who choose to pay for the session two weeks prior to the appointment will receive an email with a payment link. This payment secures your 3-hour appointment for the services provided; and it is non-refundable. If payment is not received between 48 hours after receiving the two weeks’ notice and the final payment link, the booking is cancelled, and the time is made available for other clients.
  3. When the payment is made at the beginning of the booking, a refund is available only when it’s cancelled two weeks prior to the session.  Appointments scheduled within a two-week period prior to your appointment will not be refunded.  Transaction fees and /or other fees are not refundable.
  4. Appointment Scheduling Changes:  Appointments may be changed up to 72 hours of the appointment but only within a two-week period following the initially scheduled appointment.
  5. Refund Policy – Touch Experience will process your refund within 7 business days of the cancellation request. Please be advised that the time it takes for it to return to your account is dependent upon the banking industry and the processing time between financial institutions including, but not limited to international protocols.
  6. Touch Experience Regulations (T.E.) – Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. – T.E. reserves the right to reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness or emergencies. – T.E. maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or inappropriate behavior towards staff or other clients. – The Client agrees that any damage caused to T.E. property by the client’s neglect will be charged to the client.
  7. During the session, it may become necessary for the practitioner to include but not limited to stopping the session to allow a patient bathroom break, adjusting the client position on the massage table or for other reasons to accommodate the session process. The client is advised to move about only after being instructed by the practitioner to avoid accidents or harm to the client. For this reason, the client will follow the instructions exactly as provided by the practitioner within the session room. Failure to comply with directions as delivered by the practitioner may result in client slips, falls, or other avoidable accidents. The Client understands and agrees that Touch Experience assumes no responsibility and/or accepts no liability for any adverse outcome as a result of the session that results from the client’s failure to follow instructions or outcomes resulting from negligence on part of the client.
  8. Policy and Procedure – Clients must adhere to the T.E. hygiene and safety protocols. – Any special accommodation or requirements relating to a medical or physical condition must be communicated to T.E. staff well in advance of the scheduled session. – T.E. will provide services as per the agreed-upon treatment plan and pricing. – The session and processes during the session are fixed and do not change. It is the client’s responsibility to communicate all mental, medical or physical conditions well in advance of the session to allow the practitioner ample time to accommodate your situation. All refund policies are still applicable and in force, regardless. By booking an appointment at T.E., you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the loss of your deposit, cancellation of the appointment and/or refusal of service.
